For those with limited finances, Dr. Terry and Bobbie Chappell operate a free clinic at the YMCA in Lima, Ohio. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis only, beginning at 5:00 p.m. two to three Wednesday evenings per month for basic services only. Call 419-221-4268 to check the clinic schedule.
